Zenon Butts

President

A focused and highly innovative leader, Zenon has led General Revenue Corporation for over 6 years and has been in the collection industry 26 years. Under his guidance and overall operational management, company revenue, placement volumes, and client confidence have all grown significantly. He is also a key member of several national, regional, and state professional trade organizations.

Dave Caddell

Global Infrastructure IT Operations Director

Focused on all facets of IT within the business, including infrastructure, security, and operational efficiencies (with the implementation of AI and process automation), Dave brings significant experience from managing SaaS solutions in the gas turbine industry.

Mimi Wise

Human Resources Director

Mimi is a progressive leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and as Director, she oversees all aspects of human resource management. She has earned several advanced HR certifications, and she is looking forward to completing her Doctoral Program focusing on HR Organizational Management. Mimi is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources and Talent Management Executives.

Jason Tirey

Director of Compliance

With expertise in FDCPA, FCRA, and other relevant state and federal regulations, Jason is responsible for compliance with client requirements, company policies, collection strategies, and legislative and regulatory requirements. He is highly regarded for consistently achieving superior results through leadership, planning, and outstanding people skills. He completed his undergraduate studies at Sinclair Community College and is a Coalition for Higher Education Assistance Organization member.

Courtney Crutchfield

Operations Director

Courtney is a true leader and expert in managing Operations. She is responsible for the day-to-day collection operations of GRC. Additionally, she oversees personnel training, develops strategies to enhance collections performance, prepares monthly budgets, and communicates with clients. She leads with an approach that promotes a positive and structured work environment for her employees, which can be measured by the success of the teams she leads. With her 14 years at GRC, she has continually taken on more responsibility and led GRC to collection success.
