President

Ben is an astute leader with a strategic mindset, an accomplished senior executive with proven success in developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes. In his career he has established a record of delivering measurable results. He is recognized for building high-performing global teams, optimizing call center environments, and implementing leading-edge technology to maximize revenue and compliance. He works tirelessly to maximize returns in a compliant manner, balancing collections performance with customer relations, to preserve our clients’ brands and reputations.

Dave Caddell

Global Infrastructure IT Operations Director

Focused on all facets of IT within the business, including infrastructure, security, and operational efficiencies (with the implementation of AI and process automation), Dave brings significant experience from managing SaaS solutions in the gas turbine industry.

Human Resources Business Partner

Hannah is a senior-level Human Resources leader with over 18 years of experience driving talent strategies, culture initiatives, and organizational growth. She specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals, building high-performing teams, and creating inclusive workplaces where employees thrive.

Jason Tirey

Director of Compliance

With expertise in FDCPA, FCRA, and other relevant state and federal regulations, Jason is responsible for compliance with client requirements, company policies, collection strategies, and legislative and regulatory requirements. He is highly regarded for consistently achieving superior results through leadership, planning, and outstanding people skills. He completed his undergraduate studies at Sinclair Community College and is a Coalition for Higher Education Assistance Organization member.
