With nearly 25 years of experience, Lee Anne Wigdahl has held senior positions in both Operations and Client Services, most recently at a campus-based student loan billing company. She has created and implemented customer service and retention programs and managed new business conversions. Lee Anne's focus at GRC is to improve and refine client satisfaction, while enhancing placement activity.
