Kendra Rivoli has more than 27 years of experience in the student loan industry, including customer service operations, financial aid and sales. Since joining GRC in 1990, she has received three GRC Sales Crown Awards and the Eagle Award for Excellence in Leadership. She is currently responsible for working with the sales and client service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
