GRC was the first college- and university-focused collection agency to establish a separate Client Service department, which remains one of the largest in the industry. To this day, we maintain our focus on quality service and are guided by the motto, Clients First: We Stand Behind Our Customers.
Each GRC employee takes responsibility for performance standards that directly benefit our mission to provide premier collection services. As a company, we are accountable to both internal and external audiences— from the departments that work together on a daily basis, to the organizations we provide recovery services, to the borrowers we serve every day. With each interaction, we build customer trust and loyalty.
This commitment to a strong client relationship is paramount to GRC’s success. Our priority as a company, and as a subsidiary of Sallie Mae, is to put client needs and expectations first. We continually ask our customers what is important to them and why. As a result, we focus on creating new processes, procedures and tracking measurements to enhance collection and client services.
